I found a fluorescent light bulb at Genesis (I couldn't find it in any of the stores and was very pleased to find it online). After ordering I received an e-mail confirmation and 1 day later another e-mail telling me that the item had shipped. It was very easy to track the shipment through UPS online and I was told the exact day it will arrive - and it did. The bulb was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, I was very pleased with the service at Genesis.

Several years ago we had our energy hungry lights replaced with energy efficient lights. Just recently we've had to replace a few and could not find a local dealer that carried the same lights.
